In the animal kingdom, it’s usually the males that has to put on the show to attract his girl, and this is ever present in the guppy. Breeders have been trying to get females to look just as good as the males but the genetics of nature just won’t allow it.. However guppy females have come a long way from those drab colorless wild females.
